This policy explains what personal data DanaExperts collects through www.danaexperts.com, why we use it and the choices you have. The site collects very little, so the policy is short.
1. Who we are
DanaExperts runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. We are a software company headquartered at Indochina Riverside Office Tower, 74 Bach Dang, Hai Chau, Da Nang, Vietnam, with an office in Helsinki, Finland.
Privacy questions and requests: [email protected]
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from and the language of that page.
- Email: if you write to us, your email address and anything you include in your message.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, process your IP address, browser details and the pages you request, so that they can serve the site and block abuse.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and to prepare or deliver the project you ask about. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- To run the site and keep it secure, based on our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data, we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and we do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.
4. Who processes it for us
- Google: contact form messages reach our mailbox through Google Apps Script, and our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google.
- Cloudflare: delivers the site and protects it against attacks.
- Our web hosting provider: stores the site and its server logs.
These providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as standard contractual clauses. We share data with public authorities only when the law requires us to.
5. Data stored in your browser
The site saves two settings in your browser's local storage: your language (dx-lang) and light or dark theme (dx-theme). They stay on your device and are not sent to us. You can clear them in your browser settings.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell people from bots. We set no other cookies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep messages from the contact form and email for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any project that follows, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example for accounting. Our providers keep server and security logs for a short time under their own policies.
The site and the contact form use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the EU General Data Protection Regulation or Vietnam's personal data protection law, you can ask us for access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will answer within the time the law requires. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and the products we build. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
